Neni, ten cipset je dost starej a uz se nevyrabi (na druhou stranu je to jeden z nejlepsi 100Mbit).

2. v pocitaci se z ni stane switch manageovatelnej zpusobem, o jakym se jenom zda switchum o rad drazsim
3. muzes pres vsechny porty loadbalancovat a pojedes rychlejc
4. je to pekna hracka

PCI je teoreticky 133Mbyte (1064Mbit), sitovka 100Mbit. Realne jede PCI o neco pomalejc, ale tech 6 by jeste mohlo utahnout. Problemy jsou spis s tema prerusenima, na 100Mbit jich muze bejt az 148000/s, coz strojum bez IO APICu uz dela dost potize, muj Athlon 1400 jich zvlade kolem 60000, pak uz prijima vic paketu behem jednoho preruseni. Na 1000Mbit se proto casto pouzivaj "jumbogramy", MTU nekolik kb.
Tenhle cipset (tulip) cache nema (jenom FIFO na par bytu), busmasteruje prijimany data rovnou pameti.

hmm koukam spis to tady prerostlo v pekno diskuzi

jinak dnes kolem 16 hod dorazi karty, a kdo by mel jeste dnes o ne zajem, mohl bych bejt mezi 17 - 18 na Flore, vecer jedu na vikend pryc, takze pak az v pondeli

zdravim, takze doposud si karty vyzvedli Doc, Zajsoft, Feyd, CZ_Vilda a Vox.
